lunch

1/2 way through my lunch of leftovers from dinner I made on Sunday, I realized…wait…it wasn’t last Sunday I made this, but a week ago Sunday. Ewwww. That’s way past my 3-4 day (one week, MAX) leftover expiration date.

And the blog has officially turned into the place where I just post the gross stuff I encounter each day. :) Actually, I could share a lot more than that, but I won’t.

that sounds like something i would do. hopefully there won’t be any negative effects. 11 days before christmas is no time for food poisioning. but don’t feel bad. just chalk it up to december-itis. (that’s the little name i coined for crazed-mother-trying-desperately-to-be-ready-for-christmas disease) good luck!

lol it couldn’t have been to bad. I am sure you would have been able to notice any foul smells or odd “what is that growing” signs of spoiled leftovers.
