We (mostly) spent Christmas break with my family in Utah. Over two weeks with no schedule, nothing set in stone. It was really awesome. We took our time getting there, visiting with friends in Southern California and staying in Las Vegas and seeing the Hoover Dam (that place is nuts!)
Christmas was fun, it was great to hang out with the fam. I didn’t do anything with anyone besides the family. While part of me felt bad for not looking up old friends, part of me was just too lazy to get off the couch and plan something. Though I did run into my old college roommate, Natalie, while I was shopping at Toys R Us. Random, huh?
On the way back, we visited with Dave’s family and met the puppies. I think the puppy fever is evident in the fact that I haven’t really looked at the rest of the trip pictures, but set up an album of the puppy pictures *here.* DANG they’re cute. Especially with my kids holding them.
