It’s been 10 years and one day

since I officially got the title of Mother, thanks to this chickadee.Shelbyweb

{sigh}

It’s been quite a journey. I’m forever changed because of her. There is something special about a first child. She is amazing. I learn so much from her on a constant basis. It stinks to be her sometimes, having to break in the rookie parents, but we’re all trying our best. She’s a champ.

    Shelby, this is Rachel. Happy Birthday! How do you like being ten? Did you have a party? I hope that you had a lot of fun! We have been camping for a few days and have moved this week.
