Good for Dave for checking out the fancy toilets. When we went to Japan, we were out in the country and it was really cold (late November). And the house we were staying in had HEATED toilet seats. SO awesome. I want one of those.

During the olympics I said that Phelps had some big guns (big mistake) anyway — Spencer then went about trying to find my guns. It was painful (emotionally). I suppose it’s time to step-up my weights work as well.
