The Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant is actually not the first KFC. The first KFC in in your little home state of Utah! On South State Street to be exact. And it was named Kentucky Fried Chicken not because the Colonel was from Corbin but because Pete Harman thought it sounded better than Utah Fried Chicken! Yours truely helped created the memorabilia that is in the UT restaurant which included one of the Colonel's original suite incased in glass. I could go on and on but I might scare you event more...
